Registration Acknowledgement:

• Registration acknowledgement will be sent to the provided email address after you have submitted the on-line registration.
• Details of your registration can be found under the member section.

Special Dietary Requests:

• If you have any special dietary requests for the lunch symposium, kindly contact the secretariat via email at reg@aocr2024.org.

Payment:

• Please complete the payment to validate your registration.
• Registration fees will be waived upon acceptance of abstract submission. If you have submitted an abstract, payment will be restricted until the acceptance notice date.
• Please ensure timely completion of the payment within the registration period. The conference will not be able to honor the same registration fee once the offered rate expired.
• You can check your payment status under the member section.

Cancellation Refund Policy

• Cancellation request should be sent to the secretariat via email at reg@aocr2024.org before March 5th, 2024.
• All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
• Any bank service charges and administrative fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Registrants are responsible for any applicable bank charges.
• The congress reserves the right to decline refund requests for registration fees if the cancellation request is received after March 5th, 2024.
